We work with businesses in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and other international markets, helping them build and manage systems that improve their operations, marketing, and client experience.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable GoHighLevel Specialist to join our team and support our growing list of international clients.

The Role

As a GoHighLevel Specialist, you will be responsible for helping clients build, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize their GoHighLevel systems.

You should be comfortable working independently inside GHL, following client requirements, troubleshooting problems, and learning new systems and processes.

Digital marketing experience is a strong advantage, but it is not required.

We are primarily looking for someone who is highly skilled in GoHighLevel and has the ability and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel

  • Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows and automations

  • Create and manage funnels and landing pages

  • Set up forms, surveys, calendars, and appointment systems

  • Configure pipelines and opportunity stages

  • Manage contacts, tags, custom fields, and CRM data

  • Build email and SMS automation sequences

  • Configure triggers, actions, and workflow logic

  • Troubleshoot GHL workflows and system issues

  • Assist with domain and subdomain setup

  • Assist with email and phone configuration

  • Manage and work with GHL snapshots

  • Perform GHL account audits

  • Test workflows and automations before launch

  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly structured client accounts

  • Identify opportunities to improve client systems and processes

  • Follow Go Metanoia SOPs and internal processes

Client Support

  • Complete assigned client tasks accurately and on time

  • Follow client-specific instructions and processes

  • Communicate clearly with the Go Metanoia team

  • Provide regular updates on assigned projects

  • Report technical issues or roadblocks promptly

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information

  • Document systems and completed work when required

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities

Digital Marketing — A Plus

Digital marketing experience is not required, but candidates with experience in digital marketing will have an advantage.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Social media management

  • Content creation

  • Email marketing

  • Lead generation

  • Marketing funnels

  • Landing pages

  • Basic SEO

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Google Analytics

  • Canva

  • Content planning and scheduling

Candidates who have both GoHighLevel and digital marketing experience will be especially valuable as we continue to expand our services.

Requirements

Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

  • Understanding of CRM systems and automation

  • Experience building or managing GHL workflows

  • Familiarity with funnels, forms, calendars, and pipelines

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal English communication

  • Ability to troubleshoot and research solutions independently

  • Ability to follow SOPs and client instructions

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve

Preferred

  • Previous experience supporting GHL clients

  • Digital marketing experience

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Experience with multiple GHL accounts or sub-accounts

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

  • Experience with integrations, webhooks, or Zapier

  • Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT

Compensation

Go Metanoia offers fixed monthly compensation based on the assigned work schedule.

Monthly Compensation

$800/month

$1,200/month

$1,600/month

Compensation is based on a standard 20-working-day monthly schedule.

The assigned schedule will depend on the client's service plan, workload, and business requirements.

Digital marketing experience is an advantage, but strong GoHighLevel skills are the primary requirement for this position.

Applicants may be asked to complete a GoHighLevel skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
