We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GoHighLevel & Digital Marketing Professional to join our team and support our growing client base.

Position Overview

As a GoHighLevel & Digital Marketing Professional, you will assist clients with their GoHighLevel systems while also supporting digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands GHL beyond the basics, is comfortable working with funnels and automations, has strong attention to detail, and is willing to continuously learn and improve.

You will work as part of the Go Metanoia team and may be assigned to a dedicated client.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel / CRM

Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows and automations

Create and manage funnels, landing pages, and forms

Set up triggers, actions, campaigns, pipelines, and opportunity stages

Configure calendars, appointment booking systems, and notifications

Manage contacts, tags, custom fields, and CRM data

Set up email and SMS automation sequences

Troubleshoot workflow and automation issues

Assist with domain and subdomain setup

Assist with email and phone configuration when required

Manage GHL snapshots and account configurations

Perform account audits and identify areas for improvement

Test automations and client systems before launch

Maintain organized and properly documented GHL systems

Digital Marketing

Assist with social media content management

Create and schedule social media posts

Assist with content creation and content calendars

Support email marketing campaigns

Assist with lead generation campaigns

Help create marketing funnels and lead magnets

Perform basic SEO tasks

Assist with website and landing page updates

Conduct basic competitor and market research

Assist with Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking

Support Meta Business Suite and social media management

Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports

Client & Team Support

Follow client instructions and project requirements

Communicate clearly with the Go Metanoia team

Provide regular updates on assigned tasks

Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work

Document completed work when required

Identify technical or marketing issues and communicate them promptly

Follow Go Metanoia SOPs and internal processes

Maintain confidentiality of client information

Continuously improve skills through training and hands-on experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience using GoHighLevel

Understanding of CRM systems and automation

Experience creating or managing workflows

Familiarity with funnels, forms, calendars, and pipelines

Basic to intermediate digital marketing knowledge

Familiarity with email marketing

Familiarity with social media marketing

Basic understanding of SEO

Good written and verbal English communication

Strong attention to detail

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to follow instructions and SOPs

Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Compensation

$10 USD per hour

The position may begin on a part-time basis, with opportunities for additional hours depending on client requirements, performance, and availability.

Important Expectations

This is a professional remote position supporting international clients. Candidates should be comfortable working with different time zones and adapting to client-specific workflows and requirements.

Go Metanoia provides internal guidance, SOPs, and training to help team members succeed in their role.

However, we are looking for professionals who already have a foundation in GoHighLevel and digital marketing and can become productive with client work after training.
